Welcome to our Self-Help Section!

Recovery from a Critical Illness can be challenging, and through our experiences we have found that patients might need some guidance to navigate through its ups and downs. Our self-help section is designed to provide you with the tools and resources that you may need to improve your well-being.

Here, you’ll find a variety of articles, tips, and exercises on topics such as:

Mental Health: Learn strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and depression.

Physical Health: Find tips on maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including nutrition, exercise, and sleep.

Critical Illness can be life changing and its recovery can take time and is often measured in months and years.  Our aim is to help you get back to a baseline that you feel comfortable with.  So, whether you’re looking to make small changes or embark on a major transformation, our self-help section is here to support you every step of the way.
